Every trip I plan runs through my own planning system, and every client gets their itinerary from it as a page they can open on a phone.

For clients

Your trip itinerary

Once your trip is booked I send you a private link to its itinerary: the plan day by day, where you are staying each night and every confirmation number. It opens on any phone without an app or a password, and you can forward it to the people traveling with you. The page never shows anyone's full name.

Itinerary links start with trips.davemudek.com/i/. Look for it in my email about your trip.

Where every trip, booking, deadline and supplier note lives, from the first inquiry to the thank-you after you get home. It is how nothing gets missed, and it is where your itinerary page comes from.

Flight finder

Go Wild

A flight finder for Frontier's GoWild! Pass. It checks which routes have pass seats on which days, so a pass holder can see where they can actually go, plan a trip on pass fares, or find a city where two travelers can meet.
